Your Role

As an IT & Data Security Officer at Oak, your job is to handle all things IT, from managing Google Cloud to keeping our systems in check. You'll be the go-to person for setting up and retiring business applications while ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Working within our Operations team, you'll be a key player in maintaining compliance and security across the board.

What You'll Do

Take charge of Oak's IT operations, including Google Cloud and hardware management.
Introduce and retire business apps while keeping things running smoothly.
Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain top-notch security and compliance.
Play a part in the success and culture of Oak as a team member.
Supported various operations tasks and took on additional responsibilities when needed.
Collaborate with different teams across the organization.

What You Bring

You'll need:

3+ years of experience in improving business IT processes.
Familiarity with remote work tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and more.
Skills in securing remote teams using a zero-trust framework.
Experience with cybersecurity accreditations.
Ability to roll out new processes to remote teams and provide training.
Knowledge of data protection and information security (a bonus!).
