We're seeking a Technology Product Manager to bolster our Centre for Drug Development (CDD), ensuring they have cutting-edge digital tools to power their life-saving endeavors.
As a core member of our Technology Product team, you'll work hand-in-hand with different departments to support CDD's groundbreaking work. Your role includes:
- Defining and Communicating Vision: Creating and sharing the roadmap for CDD's tech solutions.
- Lifecycle Management: Overseeing digital products from inception to aligning with strategic goals.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Working closely with Tech and CCD teams to meet product requirements.
- Customer Advocacy: Representing customer needs and collaborating with external suppliers for practical solutions.
- Maximizing Product Value: Ensuring product value aligns with user and business needs while tracking metrics.
- Market Trends and Compliance: Staying updated on market trends and regulatory standards for compliance and opportunities.
- Supplier Relationships and Efficiency: Managing supplier relationships contracts and driving cost efficiency.
- Business Case Development: Crafting business cases for product implementation or development projects.
- Systems Enhancement and Mentorship: Contributing to system improvements and mentoring junior team members.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Clinical Research or Product Management Experience: In-depth knowledge of clinical research or strong Product Manager background in clinical settings.
- Understanding of Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with legislation impacting clinical research and its intersection with technology.
- Stakeholder Relationships and Communication: Building strong relationships and effective communication across different levels.
- User-Centric Approach: Proven track record of delivering user-focused change while balancing short-term needs with long-term visions.
- Availability for a 12-Month Contract
