As a part of our resource management team, you'll play an integral role in our journey, collaborating closely with the business to shape and execute PwC's strategy. We're streamlining our resource management to be more agile, ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
Based in London or Leeds, this position is part of our consulting resource management team. Here's what a successful candidate can expect:
Daily Deployment and Balancing:
- Assigning staff to projects, considering both business needs and individual aspirations
- Encouraging participation in secondments and diverse experiences for our team
- Enhancing agility by deploying resources in growth areas across the firm
