About the Role: Head of Revenues and Benefits (Control)

As the Head of Revenues and Benefits (Control), you play a pivotal role in Westminster's success story. Your responsibilities include providing inspirational leadership to our Integrated Business Centre (IBC) partnership. You'll oversee transactional and operational finance services, ensuring strong relationships with partner providers and stakeholders. You will focus on delivering services such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Income Manager while championing continuous improvement.

Additionally, you'll act as a Subject Matter Expert for the finance system, address issues that arise, and provide comprehensive management information. Your role includes advising on emerging issues, policies, and legislation, ensuring the executive leadership stays informed about opportunities and risks.

About You: Qualifications and Experience

You should have a CCAB/CIMA qualification or equivalent or relevant hands-on experience to thrive in this role. Your track record should demonstrate leadership in a large organization, overseeing transactional finance functions and services. Experience in Purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, Income Manager processes, and debt recovery protocols is crucial. It would help if you also had a knack for building partnerships with senior managers, officers, and statutory bodies.

Your proven ability to champion organizational change, lead teams, and foster a positive culture is vital. Advanced understanding of complex finance systems, project and change management, and excellent relationship and communication skills are also key.
